The Guides

 The Australian Guides to Implementing Food Traceability (AGIFT) assist companies to identify the critical tracking events and key data elements required to track their products from paddock to fork. The Guides enable businesses to securely and safely share data through the use of global data standards and data security protocols.

The first in the AGIFT series is the Generic Guide covering all food products; it was published in April 2021.

The second in the AGIFT series is the Red Meat and Livestock Guide, it was published in October 2021.

The third in the AGIFT series is the Organics Produce Guide, it was published in June 2022.

The fourth in the AGIFT series is the Seafood Guide, it was published in October 2023
